1. General Provisions & Eligibility

3. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on fswin is ৳200. Accepted deposit methods:

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. The same method used for the deposit will be used for the withdrawal.

fswin reserves the right to hold withdrawals until verification is complete or until the wagering requirements of any active bonus have been met.

3.3 Currency

fswin supports Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳) only. All transactions will be completed in Taka.

4. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000
• Deposit ৳18,000 or more → maximum ৳8,000 bonus → total balance ৳26,000

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement applies to the bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the total balance. For example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = you must wager ৳25,000 before withdrawing bonus winnings.

4.3 General Bonus Conditions

• Each bonus has its own expiry and conditions, which are stated on the offer page.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.
• fswin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• If evidence of bonus abuse or fraud is found, the account may be closed.
• Claiming multiple bonuses from the same household or device is strictly prohibited.

5. Gaming Rules

5.1 Technical Issues
